Bland Bird is a dick.
Actually, a “friend” once asked me this about my Grandfather’s death, and he had died years before that, in 1989. Not surprisingly, that person isn’t a friend anymore. And I still miss my Grandfather all the time.
Anyway, Bland Ibis has mentioned his mother’s death before, back in a strip from July 2010. Hooray for selective continuity!

Jim, Lana, and I went to MakerFaire NYC last month, and Jim put together an episode of SHAMT Goes for it.
