mistaken, two
I’m sunburned! I actually made it to a beach, and swam in the ocean for the first time in… a long time. Last time I was in salt water was Hawai’i in 1996, or something like that. I really can’t let it be that long before I return to the ocean again, not with a beach so close by.
But, yes, I forgot to wear sunscreen. Actually, the sun just didn’t seem that hot and penetrating, at first. So, yes, my shoulders are a little red and tender, and the aloe bottle is my best pal.
You know what, though? It was totally worth it.
