My dear friend is sitting here watching Requiem for a Dream. I’m thinking that Jim and I should do a 10-second review for that movie: “Addiction is bad. Thank you, goodnight.”
I had other things to talk about, but I think that I’m gonna go to sleep, and try to not think about the end of that movie. Ugh.

I got a felt picks for my ukulele, but they need to be broken in, apparently. They’re as hard as rocks, or at least as hard as slightly stale digestive biscuits. Also, I added a strap button to my uke, so that I can stand and play much more comfortably now.
I’m just a wee bit closer to putting a performance video up on on youtube. I’ll let you all know when that happens.
